The Enterprise Architecture team plays an important role in serving the needs of Fidelity by enabling the Business, Technology and Data strategies to flourish and realise targeted business opportunities and value. Enterprise Architecture operates across portfolio delivery and enterprise domain s, ensuring there is the right balance between what is sensible for the enterprise and programme specific needs. About your role Investment Solutions and Services (ISS) and Global Platform Solutions (GPS) are the two main business pillars within Fidelity, supported by the third pillar, Corporate Enablers (CE), in which Enterprise Architecture resides. In this role, you will lead the Practice & Domain function within Enterprise Architecture, governing and embedding the standards and frameworks by which Enterprise Architecture operates, in line with Fidelity’s Technology and Data strategies and establishing the enabling domain components required to standardise and simplify the organisation (for example Cloud, Infrastructure, and Integration). You will bring industry experience to automate our policies, embedding controls into our ways of working and standardise the artefacts through the change lifecycle. You will also have the ability to influence stakeholders, bring modern thinking into the team and deliver tangible change. FIL is on a journey to become a highly adaptable organisation and is undergoing a substantial multi-year transformation of its operating model and Technology estate. A key objective within this transformation is to standardise frameworks to achieve a modern A rchitecture that offers a high level of scalability, adaptability, and resilience, which is the focus of this role. About you You are an experienced A rchitect who has led globally distributed A rchitecture or T echnology teams, with experience in influencing senior stakeholders. You have experience of Enterprise Architecture, creating standards and frameworks by which an organisation operates. Y ou are up to date on modern A rchitecture principles and technologies to provide the guidance and thought leadership th is organisation requires to simplify, automate and embed architectural practises.
