We are looking for someone who can shine within a leading West Cumbrian estate agency by providing the highest level of customer service to their landlords and tenants.

The role: This is a busy customer facing role and so we are looking for someone who is passionate, full of energy, team orientated and with a ‘can do’ attitude!
Your new job:
• Reception management.
• Handling initial rental enquiries, viewings and appraisals.
• Oversee the lettings process from initial inquiry to tenancy commencement.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
• Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Effective support to the Property Marketing Managers inc. ‘Put on Market’ tasks.
• Business generation – seeking opportunities.
• Achieving agreed office sales targets.
About you:
A passion for customer service is essential in this role, with estate agency experience being desirable but not essential.
We are looking for someone with exemplary people skills, who has an engaging personality and the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and having the ability to prioritise
A full clean driving licence is essential for this position. This varied role is included on the Saturday rota, so the successful candidate will be expected to work 1 in 4 Saturdays with the following Monday taken off as a lieu day.
