Enterprise Account Executive (Hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days home) Basic: £80,000 – £100,000 £50,000 - £100,000 OTE (uncapped) Company: Global SaaS Vendor with over 30,000 employees globally Industry Focus: Legal, Compliance, Risk, Tax, Financial Automation Are you an experienced Enterprise sales professional with proven success selling into Enterprise customers? Are you comfortable with selling new business into existing relationships? Have you experience working for a company selling SaaS related to Legal, Compliance, Risk, Tax, Financial Automation? The company are a global SaaS vendor with a reputation for being a market leader that sell solutions into FTSE 100 & Fortune 1000 level clients. Their solutions help companies navigate the complex corporate legal, financial and compliance landscape with offerings around legal, tax, trade, reporting and compliance to name a few. You will be selling a portfolio of industry leading solutions focused on supporting enterprise clients with their day to day operations. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention for their large enterprise corporate customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, acquire new customers, and maximize revenue from existing accounts. This role is responsible for new business growth in existing accounts within assigned account territory made up of enterprise customers. It carries a monthly and annual sales quota based on new business sales through targeted upsell and cross sell campaigns. So the ability to navigate complex accounts is essential as well as being able to demonstrate self-sufficient success and the ability to find, manage and close high-value deals. You will need to have a successful track record selling into large accounts. Ideally you would have sold multiple solutions but with experience around Legal, Compliance, Tax, Risk, Corporate Finance Office is essential. About The Role: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the enterprise customer base Collaborate with account specialists, solution consultants, product specialists, and marketing teams to create effective sales and renewal strategies Act as a customer advocate within the company Meet or exceed established goals, KPIs, and performance metrics Drive new customer acquisition through strategic sales initiatives Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities within assigned territory or market segment Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers to maximise revenue Foster strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders Lead customer meetings and develop presentations for complex sales opportunities Understand customer business needs and challenges Present tailored solutions demonstrating how our products solve specific problems Work closely with solution consultants to develop tailored solutions Coordinate with professional services for timely implementation Partner with Partnerships & Alliances team for growth and strategic account planning About You: MBA or relevant degree - preferred 5 years of experience in enterprise account management or sales in the software/technology industry Experience of selling relevant SaaS solution such as Legal, Tax, Compliance, Risk, Financial Automation Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of AI and software technology products and services Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability in solution selling and strategic account planning Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools Track record of developing and nurturing partner relationships
