With over a century of experience in supporting individuals, we are on a journey to provide exceptional care tailored to the needs of adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations while playing a pivotal part in empowering disabled people, fostering independence, and promoting social inclusion. In this role Main Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the supported living services for 8 adults, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care. Inspire, motivate, and lead a diverse team, promoting a culture of excellence and adherence to regulations and best practises. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain our Outstanding CQC rating, and implementing strategies for service growth. Ensure all activities comply with CQC regulatory requirements and internal policies. Cultivate positive relationships with service users, families, and external partners to enhance service delivery and support. About you: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Registered Manager who possesses a proven track record in managing services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The ideal candidate will have inspiring leadership abilities that drive team performance, a comprehensive understanding of CQC requirements and best practises in care, and excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships and provide calm, effective leadership in all situations.
