Responsibilities:As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a vital role in our team, bringing your expertise to support and guide others. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising newly qualified social workers, student social workers, and social work assistants, helping them grow and develop in their roles.
* Handling more complex cases, performing thorough assessments, and managing risks effectively.
* Providing casework supervision to other team members, ensuring high standards of practice and care.
* Working closely with colleagues and partner agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
* Contributing to the overall development of the team, sharing your knowledge and experience.
Requirements:
* A degree in Social Work and CPEL (or equivalent qualification).
* A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in social work.
* Registration with Social Care Wales.
* The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential.
