The Role:
To support our continued growth we're hiring for a Field Sales (Territory Development Manager) > based in London to support our growth across the UK. This is a field-sales based role, and a full/clean/UK driving license is required.

To support our continued growth we're looking to hire a new London based field sales executive
About the role:
Living Things is continuing to grow at pace, with a particular focus on retail activations, as a Field Sales Executive the role will entail: visiting our existing retailers (coffee shops / convenience stores / delis / etc..) to placing POS, growing our range and strengthening our relationships as well as business development to increase our stockists and help get more cans into more hands.
More about the role:
* Maximise distribution through prospecting, building relationships with key accounts and networking within the channel (selling to new stockists).
* Manage existing business, nurturing and growing an existing portfolio of Living Things accounts to place POS, upsell products, and grow the rate of sale with each account (driving retention and rate of sale).
* sampling, on-site activations and customer engagement throughout your accounts (building brand awareness).
* Support and assist with a tiered targeted team strategy for securing key accounts (prospecting new business).
* Attend and participate in trade shows and events.
* Feedback competitor insights to the business.
* Manage daily and weekly performance and effectively communicate results to the business.
* Effectively maintain an up-to-date CRM.
* Continually develop your understanding of the functional soda and wider gut-health category.
What you will need:
As a start-up, we're a small but mighty team and we seek out new members of the crew based on personality and performance. We’d love to hear from you regardless of what boxes you may or may not “tick” in the below list.
* Ideally you already have experience of working in a sales role in the FMCG industry (nice to have)
* Territory specific, we're hiring for a TDM who is London based
* Confident & outgoing personality with brilliant interpersonal and influencing skills.
* We want a people person, a clear communicator and an awesome relationship builder.
* Comfortable cold-calling into new prospective stockists to sell-in Living Things range.
* An ability to get stuck in & take ownership of your work. We will be giving you responsibility across a wide variety of areas.
* Some natural hustle and the ability to get stuff done.
* A confident and outgoing nature whilst being the face & voice of the brand in sales channels alongside our existing team.
* A genuine interest in growing a brand.
* You are comfortable using various data sources to pull your own category story together.
* Valid UK driving licence (and is comfortable with driving a small van i.e. VW Transporter).
