As a Personal Assistant, you will be primarily responsible for providing professional, secretarial, and administrative support to two senior Heads of HR across BX. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive support, handling diary management, tracking actions, and engaging with various teams across the organization.
Other responsibilities include:
* Fully managing the complex, ever-changing diaries of the Heads of HR
* Organizing and prioritizing a wide range of meetings, often at the last minute
* Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, conveying a professional image at all times
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and their PAs
* Supporting ad hoc projects across the BX COO HRBP Team as required

To succeed as a Personal Assistant, you should have:
* Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or similar role
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Effective communication skills for engaging with teams and stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Additional desirable experience includes:
* Ability to identify and implement improved ways of working
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility
* Experience in project management or administrative support within a corporate environment
