What is the opportunity?
Coordinates production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer-generated data. Applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments.
What will you do?
* Provide technical support to end-users and perform problem resolution/troubleshooting within ServiceNow.
* Ensure Performance is maintained.
* Collaborate and interface with ITSM Support lead, ITSM Development Lead, ITSM Solution Architect, and perform general support, daily administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated applications.
* Facilitate and support the rollout of new applications and enhancements in ServiceNow.
* Provide support for loading, administration, and maintenance of data between ServiceNow and other systems.
* Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow.
* Manage backups between ServiceNow and the data warehouse.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
* Solid related experience working with ServiceNow.
* Experience with ITIL best practices and procedures.
* University or College Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent years of experience as a Technical Analyst.
* Excellent communication skills, clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media.
* Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Data model and relationships including workflows, UI design, and business rules.
* Experience with incident, change problem, request, CMDB, and knowledge management applications.
* Experience with Performance Analytics.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.
Nice-to-have:
* Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly-traded corporation.
* Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers.
* Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses.
