Business Operation Executive, Private Brand Softlines

In this role you will be part of the growing business in the Softlines Apparels-Private Brands Team.
You will gain a complete understanding of:
1. Catalog management (finding defects & resolving them based on defined guidelines)
2. Business from procurement to customer experience to sales
3. Project/Program Management: Coordinating with different stakeholders (internal & seller based) to bring closure on hotspots related to the project/program
Working in a dynamic environment, your responsibilities will include helping high-potential sellers integrate onto the Amazon seller platform. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving catalog quality on the platform, working with internal technology and business teams as well as sellers as needed.
Key job responsibilities:
1. Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment.
2. Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business “by the numbers”.
3. Responsible for end-to-end hygiene control over SME areas in IDQ such as variations, ASIN creation, duplicates, suppressions, etc.
4. Analyze data and identify new trends/patterns.
5. Partner with category teams, seller teams, and BA team to resolve issues to help drive business continuity.
6. Proficiency in MS Excel.
A day in the life:
Data & Process oriented, with very objective deliverables around Input parameters of Catalog & other CX issues is what every day would be wrapped around.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
1. Knowledge of IDQ related tools, and should have worked on Selection Central/Browse Query Editor and/or with the RBS teams.
2. Deep-diving on business problems using SQL.
3. Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize.
About the team:
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
