The role will involve the HLTA delivering virtual lessons, when the child is unable to attend school. Take responsibility for adapting lessons to ensure that they are accessible for the child. Be an enthusiastic and committed individual with the highest aspirations for all learners and for themselves. Assess, manage and deliver pastoral and learning support. Provide feedback to the pupil in relation to progress and achievement. Be a caring individual with a happy disposition. Be energetic, dedicated and hardworking.
