Key Responsibilities: Provide essential support in various administrative tasks Maintain accurate records and manage documentation Reviewing and verifying documents for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements Acting as a point of contact for clients Ensuring all paperwork complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and posting documentation Provide regular updates to clients, ensuring all important information is communicated clearly Input data into CRM and Excel spreadsheets Participate in regular training, team meetings, and celebrate successes while addressing areas for improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: IT literate; proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
