The Hours We need flexibility with your working hours, scheduled Monday-Sunday on a rota basis. This includes sleep-ins, waking nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays. We can accommodate flexible working requests and part-time hours, discussed at interview. Additional hours are available at an hourly rate of £12 under a separate relief contract. Where? We work mainly across the Rochdale, Heywood, and Middleton area, but you may be asked to work elsewhere to meet the needs of the individuals we serve.
