We are currently recruiting for two full-time Teachers at our specialist school in Hertfordshire, dedicated to supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

What You'll Do
Lead the development and day-to-day management of your class and class team
Create a distinctive, inclusive learning environment where autistic pupils feel respected, empowered, and supported
Deliver creative, meaningful, and aspirational lessons, tailored to individual needs
Work collaboratively to shape a school culture that values choice, independence, and rich experiences
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching pupils with ASD and/or SEND
A passion for supporting young people with autism
Strong classroom management, creativity, and innovation
Specialist knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (gained through teaching experience and/or additional training)
