Job Description
Accounts Payable Admin
* Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
* Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts to ensure correct billing.
* Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system for payment processing.
* Conduct basic account reconciliations.
* Support the finance department in daily administrative tasks.
* Review and process employee expense reports for reimbursement.
* Ensure expenses comply with company policies and are properly documented.
* Reconcile and audit corporate credit card transactions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Admin should have:
* A strong educational background in finance or a related field.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Excellent numerical skills.
* Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Understanding of basic bookkeeping procedures.
