Your role will be crucial in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and care for their Bosch power tools. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Provide outstanding technical support for Bosch power tools to users, the Customer Care Centre, Bosch field sales force, and directly to Bosch customers. Repair Coordination: Arrange collections for power tool repairs from users and keep them informed about the status and progression of their repairs. Parts Assistance: Assist customers by sending parts drawings and helping them select the correct spare parts for their Bosch power tools. Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints and claims related to Bosch power tools in collaboration with our legal team, ensuring a satisfactory resolution. Process Improvement: Work with various departments within Bosch Power Tools to enhance processes and improve efficiency in servicing power tools. Technical Liaison: Collaborate with the Bosch Service Centre repair Manager on technical topics related to power tools to ensure seamless service delivery. Training and Development: Provide technical and system training on Bosch power tools to users and the Customer Care Centre to enhance their knowledge and capabilities. Quality Support: Support the central Quality Management (QMM) department in maintaining high standards of service for Bosch power tools.
