Experienced Account Handler for Liverpool Team

About the Role:
* Acquire and maintain knowledge of Insurance products.
* Develop and sustain effective working relationships with account executives and customers.
* Build and maintain relationships with insurers.
* Produce correspondence, issue and process new business documents, and provide new business quotations.
* Face-to-face client meetings, keeping accurate records and answering queries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a medium-sized portfolio of renewals.
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers and account executives.
* Build and maintain relationships with insurers.
* Produce high-quality correspondence and documents within required timeframes.
* Provide new business quotations and re-broking existing renewals.
* Face-to-face client meetings, both inside and outside the office.
* Maintain accurate records and files.
* Answer general queries via phone, email, post, or in person.
Requirements:
* At least 12 months experience as an Account Handler.
* Previous experience in Personal Lines or Commercial Insurance.
* Strong client service and administrative skills.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a team.
* Good communication and time management skills.
* Computer literate with experience of using MS Office Suite.
