Our Care Professionals come from a variety of backgrounds. You do not need previous care experience as we will provide all the training and support you need to ensure you are confident in your role. We will treat you as the wonderful individual you are and tailor our support to your needs.
We are looking for people who share our values and are committed to enriching lives through high quality care and companionship. We match our Care Professionals with clients based on mutual interests and allow quality time to care with minimum one hour client visits.
Responsibilities may include:
1. Meal preparation and light housework
2. Assistance with self-care and taking medications
3. Accompanying your client to appointments or a visit to the shops
4. Companionship
5. A variety of working patterns
6. £13.00 per hour weekdays rising to £13.50 after 150 hours completed
7. £13.50 per hour weekends rising to £14.15 after 150 hours completed
8. £26+ per hour bank holidays
9. Paid holidays

13. Minimum visits with regular clients of one hour or more

Qualifications
17. Reliable, honest and trustworthy
18. Friendly, approachable and caring with a desire to help others
19. UK driving license with use of own reliable transport
