Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Social Inclusion Coordinator at CQC registered mental health and dementia care service at Montague Road in Felixstowe.

The role of Social Inclusion Coordinator will include:
* Deliver and facilitate innovative and varied individual and group activities internally and externally, as agreed with service users and in line with individual care/support plans.
* Assist with producing individual written activity profiles and report any issues relating to service users, to ensure company standards are met.
* Promote safe working practices, including risk assessments, reporting faults and hazards so that a safe environment is maintained in accordance with health and safety standards.
* Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery, through accurate and timely reporting
* Attend and participate in fund raising and social events to promote Sanctuary Supported Living services to the wider community
* Work with service users and other staff to ensure that a clean and comfortable communal environment is maintained.
* Contribute, as appropriate, to special programmes and projects in support of the Group's values and objectives.
Skills and experiences:
* Previous experience working in a similar role
* Good interpersonal and customer care skills
* Experience with working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
* Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
* NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards
* Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and Maths
