Nominations Officer Salary: £24,633 - £26,560 (pro-rata) Hours: 22.2 hours per week across 3 days (may be required to work out of hours) Location: Wolverhampton Job Type: Permanent Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for a Nominations Officer to join our Housing Solutions division at Wolverhampton Homes. Key Responsibilities: Be accountable for preparation and publication of each week’s Void edition / adverts meeting tight publication deadlines. Construct properties within the Housing Management System to ensure that Wolverhampton Homes can facilitate Housing Association Nominations in line with policies and procedures. Verify Lettings Officer’s adverts ensuring they are in accordance with the Allocation Policy. Publish adverts for immediately available properties and undertake additional marketing of these homes to minimise rent loss. About you: Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills? Can you work under pressure and to tight deadlines? Are you able to demonstrate strong organisational skills? Do you have high levels of I.T skills?
