Key Responsibilities:
1. Be the first point of contact for customers requesting spare parts via phone, email, and fax.
2. Process orders, invoices, and credit notes efficiently.
3. Manage stock levels, ensuring accuracy and timely reorders.
4. Coordinate with suppliers to progress backorders and maintain strong relationships.
5. Oversee carrier services, ensuring cost-effective and reliable deliveries.
6. Maintain import documentation, liaising with hauliers and ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
