As we continue our journey of growth and expansion to serve the new era of nuclear energy, Boccard, as a leading specialist in engineering, manufacturing, construction and maintenance in the nuclear energy industry, are looking for a Project Assistant to join our team here at Boccard based at our Bristol city centre office. The role holder will support project reporting, maintaining delivery schedules, and managing procurement activities. This role involves working closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery of contracts, supporting the Project Management team with administration tasks and document control responsibilities ensuring the successful completion of projects on time. Accountabilities: Support and promote Boccard culture and values Ensure project documentation registers (incoming and outgoing) are maintained to the required standards within the management system Reviewing documents and making quality checks before formal recording and issuance Ensure Document Management System (Sharepoint) is maintained and up to date Support on administration tasks on a number of projects: -Formatting of key documents, reports -Making team members travel arrangements, -Recording travel expenses for project invoicing, - Carrying out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the role. Support internal audits to ensure compliance with procedures and implement corrective actions as necessary To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the role. To be fully aware and comply with Boccard UK Ltds policy on Equality & Diversity Applicants must have good familiarity with Microsoft including excel Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Self-motivated, organised and proactive approach to work, applicants should be curious, with a willingness to learn. Ability to use own initiative and be confident in order to ask questions. Excellent oral and written communication skills, f luency in English language is essential. Experience of working successfully as part of a team, with an organised, task orientated mindset Able to show drive and desire to make a daily positive impact Procurement raising requisitions, tracking purchase orders Minimum A level or equivalent English, Mathematics or Engineering / Project management qualification.
