The grade 7 Change Manager is responsible for leading and managing change initiatives within DefHRS related to the transformation of HR processes and systems. This role involves capturing change impacts to develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and activities to ensure successful adoption and implementation of DefHRS changes across Defence. The Change Manager will work closely with stakeholders to identify and address potential barriers to change, and to promote a positive and supportive change culture.
This is a critical role within the Defence HRS Programme, which will be pivotal to the programme’s success as it prepares all users (approx. 250,000) for the new HR system and processes. The role will be supporting the delivery of the Defence People Strategy through providing simplified, improved, and modernised HR Services for Military personnel and continuing to improve the civilian personnel services.
