Our Client an employee owned business, not only finalists but WINNERS of the "Best Employer" award at the Scotland Food and Drink awards 2022, has an opportunity available for Nightshift Hygiene Operative to join their team on a fulltime basis.
Key purpose of the role would be to ensure of a high standard of hygiene, across all machinery and process areas each evening, adhering to Food Hygiene Standards and beyond.

An hourly rate of £12.00 + £2.53 per hour shift allowance
Steady, full time hours with shifts set between Monday to Friday

Main Duties (not limited to):
Following all cleaning instructions & standards throughout the factory
Keeping all equipment in good working order, reporting any damage or faults to your line manager
Contribute to achieving daily output hygiene schedule
Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
Support with daily KPI's achievement
Responsibility to ensure the correct PPE is worn at all times
Completion of daily, weekly and monthly tasks as set out to you
Taking part in any additional or progressional training

Reliable, honest & punctual
Be able to work well under pressure whilst never sacrificing on quality
Strong attention to details with a diligent approach to the role
Have a high level of attention to details not just for cleaning but to also complete cleaning records and paperwork
Ability to display and promote company Values (trust, team work etc)
Passionate about achieving and maintaining high hygiene standards
Flexibility to work any additional hours if and when required
This role will have some physical demands, lifting, bending, standing and pushing will all feature heavily within.
PPE is provided, as well as suitable and tailored training.
