What will your responsibilities be? In your role, you will conduct Care Act Assessments and complex Mental Capacity assessments. You will make Best Interest Decisions in acute hospital settings and prioritize casework effectively in high-demand environments. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to support service delivery will be essential, as will understanding Continuing Health Care criteria and using DST checklists.
