Contracts Administrator
Permanent, Full-time
Are you an organised multitasker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting things done right the first time? We’re on the look out for a Contracts Administrator who can bring structure, efficiency, and a proactive attitude to our busy Contracts department in Rainham.
In this vital role, you’ll support the Contracts Manager and wider team with everything from contract documentation and renewals to KPI reporting, complaint resolution, and invoicing. You’ll be at the centre of the action — coordinating with customers, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring our contracted obligations are always met with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate contract records and support contract renewals
2. Provide clear, well-organised documentation for new and existing contracts
3. Generate KPI and MI reports for both internal use and client-facing insights
4. Manage contract-related inboxes and CRM updates
5. Assist with invoicing and financial tracking for national contracts
6. Support the commercial and national account teams with admin and reporting
7. Respond to calls and enquiries professionally, spotting opportunities where possible
8. Collaborate on complaint investigations and ensure timely resolutions
What You’ll Bring:
1. Strong IT skills, especially across Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
2. Financial awareness and commercial insight
3. Confident communication — both written and verbal
4. Experience in aftersales is a bonus
5. Comfortable navigating databases and CRM systems
6. A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and ability to work independently
7. A cheerful, can-do approach and willingness to get stuck in
