Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: Felixstowe
Basic Salary: £26,000 per annum
OTE: Between £30,000 - £35,000+ per annum
Shift and schedule: Trading hours are 9:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sunday. 5-7 day working pattern.

* Ensuring the shop remains clean and organized.
* Creating a welcoming environment with excellent customer service.
* Driving results by meeting targets and KPIs.
* Leading and motivating team members.
* Contributing ideas and demonstrating strong communication skills.
