Account Manager
Salary: £50k - 60k + Bonus
Location: Remote
Our client is a leading distributor of health and beauty products to retailers across the UK. Due to continued growth and success, the opportunity to recruit a Key Account Manager has arisen to drive growth within major retail partnerships
The successful candidate will have proven experience managing key grocer accounts such as TESCO, or high street accounts like Boots and Superdrug.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Build and nurture strong relationships with major retailers, taking full ownership of business planning and driving key sales initiatives.
* Oversee financial performance, including revenue forecasting, inventory management, and regular performance analysis.
* Design and implement retailer-specific promotional strategies to boost brand presence and customer engagement.
* Lead demand planning and sales forecasting to optimize inventory flow and ensure seamless supply chain operations.
* Manage budgets effectively, balancing profitability with sustainable financial planning.
* Continuously assess and enhance account management processes to improve efficiency and business performance.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
* Significant experience in managing key retail accounts within the consumer goods sector.
* Proven success in handling major high-street retailer partnerships like Boots, Tesco, Superdrug, and Holland & Barrett
* Strong financial and strategic expertise, including budget control, sales forecasting, and profit management.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Track record of creating and implementing impactful sales strategies that align with business objectives.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
