The Director of Marketing will help to sharpen our commercial propositions, drive awareness and help support the delivery of the ambitious growth objectives of the business. This role is fast paced, requiring a smart, independent thinker who can own marketing campaigns across channels, end to end. Key objectives in your role as Director of Marketing include: Developing and implementing our localised marketing strategy to achieve business goals and objectives in line with the global Kingspan brand and mar coms approach. Collaborating with other departments and managing external agencies to execute campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, web, SEO, PPC, and display advertising. Developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired results. Reviewing competitor and customer market insight to inform key marketing decisions. Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making and optimise performance. Staying up to date with emerging trends and best practices in marketing and digital technology, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth. Ensuring full marketing product compliance and alignment to the Kingspan Marketing Integrity Manual is applied across the marketing division. Compliance: Adhere to the Company's compliance obligations, policies, processes, and procedures. Report compliance concerns, issues, and failures. Participate in training as required. Essential Candidate Requirements: If you are the strong and experienced Marketing leader we are looking for to take the lead on a number of key local and strategic projects, then having energy, creative spirit, passion and resilience with a customer centric mindset is not in short supply. As a senior member of the management team, your marketing mindset will help sharpen our commercial propositions, drive awareness and help support the delivery of the ambitious growth objectives of the business. While largely working in close collaboration with local commercial and technical teams, as the marketing expert, you will take the lead on key marketing decisions. You will need: To be educated to degree level in a Marketing/Digital Marketing discipline, or hold equivalent experience in a management-level marketing role. Have proven success in either an agency or in-house marketing role, preferably from the construction industry. Experience in executing campaigns via Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) and possess the ability to take the lead as the local Salesforce ambassador. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, being adept to multi-tasking both strategic as well as transactional projects. A positive 'can-do' attitude who is a collaborative team player, eager to jump with flexibility for some travel, as and when required. To be a leader, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence others. Excellent attention to detail. To be a self-starter, able to self-manage as projects are assigned. Interpersonal skills, as you interface across teams, suppliers and agencies. Excellent time management and organisation skills, and the ability to be flexible and creative. Why Tate?
