Overview
We are looking for an SEO Manager to join the digital marketing team in our London office. If you have experience managing an SEO team, either in-house or at an agency, and you’re looking to step up and lead a global organic growth strategy, this is the opportunity for you.
What you'll be doing
1. Developing and executing the UK and international SEO strategies
2. Ensuring the SEO team deliver the traffic and revenue targets
3. Performing keyword research and competitor analysis and providing actionable insights
4. Providing trends and insights to other departments across the business
5. Driving the on-page and off-page activity to optimise the site
6. Performing comprehensive technical SEO audits of each site and identifying issues
7. Leading the content strategy
8. Collaborating with other teams such as Dev, UX, PPC & Social
9. Building weekly and monthly performance reports
10. Staying up to date with the latest algorithm updates and adapting the strategy accordingly
We'd love to meet someone with
11. 4+ years of SEO experience
12. 2+ years of management experience
13. Experience working with ecommerce clients
14. Ideally international SEO experience
15. Strong organisational skills
16. Experience in using CMS to implement site changes
17. An analytical approach
18. Knowledge of analytical and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs
19. Additional language a bonus but not essential
You’ll be able to demonstrate
20. Ability to analyse data and put together useful insights and actions
21. Solid understanding of the competitive landscape
22. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
23. Exceptional understanding of SEO best practise
