Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join an exceptional SEN school in South London. The school places a strong emphasis on safeguarding and creating a nurturing, holistic environment where students feel supported and secure. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse range of Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Contract:
- Location: Southwest London, Croydon
- Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
- Start Date: Immediate, with a temp-to-perm opportunity
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Pay: £130 to £180 per day
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification.
- Previous experience supporting students with SEN.
- UK classroom experience.
- An up-to-date Safeguarding certificate (issued within the last year).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
- Possess an enhanced child-barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
- Provide two professional, child-related references covering the last two years.
