You will be working as part of our Account Management team and work with a variety of other internal teams at Rightmove. You will be a key member in ensuring customers’ experience is valuable, easy and successful. Understand client needs to identify and conduct relevant training with customers to support the partnership. Interpret and explain customers performance data using internal tools to add value and demonstrate ROI. Achievement of weekly KPI’s and performance metrics relevant to business requirements. telephone meetings, quarterly contact rate, revenue and retention. Deliver new Rightmove initiatives and business campaigns to customers. Liaise with internal teams to build internal relationships and deliver the best outcomes for customers. Regular sharing of learnings to colleagues and key stakeholders internally to enhance service and product offering. Consistently create a positive sentiment and build value with our customers. Recording information in relevant databases and ensure CRM’s are kept up to date. Responding to new prospects with the relevant information after gaining an understanding of their business Travelling to conference and team meetings in person minimum 5 times a year.
