Contract type:Full time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)/ the successful applicant will also be required to travel to Fairwinds, another Exemplar home in Rotherham
Rate:£40,000 per annum

About the role
Our Physiotherapists provide specialist assessments, clinical diagnoses and interventions tosupport people to maintain optimal muscle function, limit/delay deterioration and regain movement and mobility where possible.
Youll work as part of a wider Clinical Team to create person-centred care and rehabilitation plans that maintain and build peoples abilities, support them to achieve their physiotherapy goals and evaluate their outcomes.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* being responsiblefor a clinical caseload
* working alongsidethe people we support, their loved ones and professionals to develop and deliver person-centred physiotherapy interventions
* collaboratingclosely with the Therapy Team (Occupational Therapist, Therapy Assistant and Activities Coordinators)
* carrying outassessments
* maintainingaccurate records for people receiving physiotherapy
* promotingchoice, dignity and independence.
