Community Support Worker
Salary: £23,625 per annum + Benefits - Successful candidates are subject to our Development Progression Scale, as well as annual salary reviews.
Covering Wolverhampton – Due to regular travel, the role does require access to transport (i.e. daily commutes, multi-site travel on occasion).
What you will be doing?
* Working in a team of Ingeus Advisors supporting Service User needs.
* Providing information, advice, and signposting to Service Users.
* Acting as Single Point of Contact for frequently used providers to assist Service Users in dealing with their benefit & budgeting needs.
* Delivering group & 1-2-1 workshops/interventions, as well as joint delivery & training.
To be successful you will require:
* A knowledge & understanding of providing support, advice, and advocacy to vulnerable clients and the ability to communicate this knowledge.
* Experience of working with people with complex needs.
