Digital Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals.
2. Functional/Non-Functional Specifications: Develop detailed functional and non-functional specifications to guide the development process.
3. User Stories: Create and maintain high-quality user stories that accurately reflect business needs and priorities.
4. Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding between technical and non-technical teams.
5. Client Facing: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
6. eCommerce Expertise: Utilise your experience with Shopify or Magento to drive eCommerce projects, ensuring best practices and innovative solutions.
7. Retail Experience: Apply your knowledge of the retail industry to understand client needs and deliver relevant solutions.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams and senior clients, translating technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
9. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the eCommerce and retail sectors.
10. Experience with Shopify or Magento.
11. Strong understanding of gathering requirements and developing functional/non-functional specifications.
12. Expertise in creating user stories and managing stakeholder expectations.
13. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
14. Client-facing experience with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
