Salary: £100 - £110 per day
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a fantastic school in Teignmouth. This is a great opportunity to support students’ learning and development while working in a dynamic and welcoming school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality support to teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Lead small group sessions and provide one-on-one support to help students reach their learning goals.
* Support students’ academic progress and emotional well-being.
* Assist in creating a well-organized, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Supervise students during breaks and offer pastoral support when needed.
* Help prepare learning materials and resources to enhance classroom activities.
What We’re Looking For:
* A recognised HLTA qualification or relevant experience in a similar role.
* Previous experience working in an educational setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both students and staff.
* A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach to classroom management.
* A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
