The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our client's thriving Nottingham office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of properties and clients in one of the UK's most vibrant rental markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct property viewings and secure new lettings
* Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants
* Manage property listings and update online portals
* Provide expert advice on the local rental market
* Contribute to the agency's business development strategies
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in residential lettings, preferably within the Nottingham area
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Proficiency in property management software and MS Office suite
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* ARLA membership or willingness to work towards qualification
