Salary guideline: £50,000 full-time equivalent, pro-rata down to 30hrs

This is a part time position approximately 30 hours. Mon-Fri
Office based. Some WFH. Parking on site.
Job Responsibilities
The Office Administration Manager job vacancy will cover:
1. Invoice processing
2. Order processing
3. Finance administration
4. Updating staff records
5. Using MS Dynamics to create reports
6. Improving administration processes and automating reminders
7. Getting quotes from suppliers
Qualifications
This role is suited to a person with:
1. Experience of office administration and finance administration, plus the ability to improve efficiency with new ideas and new processes.
2. A proactive mindset, able to seek out and implement new ideas to improve office administration processes and efficiency.
3. An interest in developing the use of the CRM (MS Dynamics) and advanced tools in the Office 365 suite.
4. A team player, with accurate keyboard skills and strong attention to detail.
