Customer Service / Sales Administrator (Beauty Industry)
£24,000 per annum
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Tamworth | must be a car owner
Work Hours: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday with an hour lunch break

Responsibilities:
Provide customer support to prestigious clients
Collaborate with the sales team to offer support
Update customers on orders, recommend products, and inform about promotions
Handle complaints and queries effectively, escalating when necessary
Process payments, issue refunds, and manage order logistics
Own all sales administration tasks including invoices, returns, and credit notes
Assist with stock export in compliance with HMRC requirements
Attend exhibitions and events
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or sales administration (minimum 5 years)
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
Problem-solving abilities and efficient issue resolution
Ability to manage varied tasks and prioritise effectively
Proficient in IT, including Word, Excel
