About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Branch Director to lead our highly regarded brokerage, recognized with multiple industry awards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the P&L and oversee all branch operations.
2. Drive growth through improved client retention, cross-sales, and new client acquisition.
3. Set and uphold performance and behaviour standards, acting as a role model.
4. Lead and develop the branch team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to meet sales targets.
5. Implement regional strategies and oversee branch trading to meet budgetary goals.
6. Continuously analyze market conditions to identify new opportunities and assess competitor performance.
7. Maintain internal relationships within the organization.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven leadership with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and achieving revenue targets within a regulatory general insurance framework. Experience in the commercial insurance industry is essential, either in a similar role or as a stepping stone to this position.
