Position Overview
As the Managing Director, you will provide strategic leadership and drive business growth by leveraging a technology-driven platform to supply schools with exceptional teachers and support staff. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and partnerships, cultivating strong relationships with schools, academies, MATs, and educational organisations across England. This pivotal role will require you to personally lead on sales to large MATs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Responsibilities
1. Provide strategic leadership and drive business growth using a technology-driven platform to supply schools.
2. Lead the acquisition of new customers and partnerships, leveraging your industry network and market insights.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with schools, academies, MATs, and educational organisations, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
4. Personally lead on sales to large MATs across England, acting as the primary point of contact for key clients.
5. Address any concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction among clients.
6. Provide strong leadership to the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
