Job Description The Financial Accounting department of Bosch Automotive Service Solutions Ltd in Denham is responsible for a wide and varied range of accounting, general ledger, compliance, tax and treasury activities. As a key member of our team, you will be providing proactive, efficient service to the head of Finance for the financial reporting functions for SXGB and SXGT. You will need a flexible approach to work, be a good communicator, an eye for detail and a passion for providing an outstanding service. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial Statements: Coordination and management of quarterly and annual financial reporting, Group/Local statutory reporting and monthly reporting Oversee accounting activities and ensure the accuracy of reporting including regulatory compliance Preparation of completion of financial data for planning and forecasting submission Lead the annual financial audit process with external auditors Taxation: Manage and document company taxation processes and ensure company compliance to VAT rules and Legislation Preparation and submission of VAT Return/Intrastat reporting Completion of annual Corporation Tax computations, annual PSA agreement, Tax Award Scheme Fixed Assets: Ensure the Fixed Asset accounting and reporting functions are in accordance with the company policy including Capex Budgeting, Controlling & Reporting Maintain the CAPEX budget and release in line with business requirements Shared Services: Review KPI for shared service centres Romania (HUB) Review and maintain Service Level Agreement of the HUB Daily management of interface and relationship with the HUB, resolve and conclude escalation queries Others: Support transfer price reporting process Support RDEC projects and quarterly internal controls Support with other adhoc projects as and when required
