As the Operations Inbound Coordinator, you will be responsible for short-term planning and purchasing activities, ensuring optimised customer service and inventory targets.
If you have strong communication skills and thrive in a complex manufacturing environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!\n\nJOB TITLE: Operations Inbound Coordinator\n\nCOMPANY: Beauty\n\nCONTRACT: Permanent\n\nLOCATION: West End\n\nSALARY: £27,000 - £30,000\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nRecommend, issue, and track purchase orders for components, filling & finished goods\nMaintain full visibility of purchase orders and track through to delivery\nOwn supplier relationships, acting as the point of contact and conducting weekly open orders calls\nConduct monthly inventory reconciliations on components at supplier locations\nAnalyse and report on excess, obsolete, and discontinued items\nCollaborate with Logistics to ensure timely inbound delivery of purchase orders\nDevelop logistics requirements with suppliers\nCoordinate with Demand Planning and warehouse management team to ensure proper stock allocation\nDrive lead-time improvement and agility projects\nCreate and revise part numbers and bills of materials as needed\nGenerate reports and tools for visibility on inventory locations\nAssist in price reviews and negotiations\nResolve invoice discrepancies\nCommunicate and escalate risks to cross-functional teams\nPrepare reports for Senior ManagementQualifications:\n\nMinimum of two years of experience in FMCG Outbound Operations management\nAdvanced Excel skills\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nExcellent analysis abilities\nThrives under pressure and welcomes challenges\nExcellent communication and influencing skills\nResilient and self-motivated\nPrevious experience in the retail sector is a must, with Beauty industry experience preferred\nAdditional European language skills preferred\nExperience managing Sephora beneficialOffice Angels is an employment agency.
