The Role:
As a full-time employed Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in our office, focusing on property sales, client relations, and lead generation. This position is perfect for an experienced, ambitious individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys networking, and is skilled at leveraging social media for property marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and social media engagement
* Conduct property viewings and liaise with buyers and sellers
* Advertise and market property listings using traditional and digital platforms
* Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to completion
* Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships
* Conduct property valuations and offer strategic pricing recommendations
* Maintain a strong social media presence to attract potential buyers and sellers
* Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

What We’re Looking For:
* This is a strict application process for someone with at least 3 years’ experience in estate agency and strong track record in valuations, listings and sold numbers
* A motivated and determined individual with a passion for real estate
* Proven experience in sales, real estate, or a related field is preferred
* Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
* Proficiency in social media marketing and online lead generation
* A proactive and results-driven approach
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
