The Role
The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing delivery of various projects within the framework, ensuring all contractual obligations are met in accordance with company policies and client requirements. Working closely with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved. Proactively identifying and mitigating risks related to contract performance within the framework will be a crucial part of your role.
This role is the primary contact for the client regarding contract-related matters within the framework, developing and maintaining strong, positive relationships to foster trust and long-term partnerships, and also includes responsibility for ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Experience required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a contracts management role within the civil engineering or utilities sector, ideally specifically managing works on a utilities services framework.
Remuneration
Circa £70,000 per annum plus car allowance and attractive benefits package
