About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team in Kirkwall. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
* Lead and develop a high-performing team of store colleagues
* Implement processes and procedures to improve store efficiency and productivity
* Monitor and control store costs, including labor and inventory expenses
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention

* A proven track record of managing teams and leading change initiatives
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
* Experience working in a retail or fast-paced environment
