We are currently recruiting for a full-time Call Operator to join our existing night shift team that operates between 8pm - 7:15am.
As a full-time Call Operator, you'll find there are a variety of shift patterns on offer. We also have part-time options available, requiring a minimum of 15 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls from Residents, responding to situations including emergencies, fire alarms, and security entry calls.
* Logging each call accurately and inputting information into our CRM call handling platform.
* Providing a supportive experience for Residents as part of a team.
Requirements:
* Customer service experience from call centres, retail, hospitality, or the care sector.
* Excellent communication skills, motivation, reliability, resilience, flexibility, and the ability to remain calm in crises.
* Empathetic approach and good standard of English.
* Ability to accurately enter data into systems.
* Availability for at least 15 hours per week, with various shift options and opportunities for additional hours.
