We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and suitably experienced Careers Adviser to join our Careers Team. The Careers Team is part of our Student Experience Team, which sits within our wider Student Services provision.

Salary: The pro-rata salary is £14,990 per annum (based on spine point 19 of grade 6 in the Support Staff pay spine, for which the full-time salary is £34,492 per annum). The salary increases annually up to £16,380 over 4 years (based on a full-time salary of £37,691 per annum). 5.2 weeks’ holiday pay is included in the pro-rata salary, and you will also have access to the Local Government Pension Scheme .
Hours: Part-time, 18.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time plus 6 days to be worked in the holidays). You will be required to work at least 3 days in the College (flexible for the right candidate).
