Job Description
These are the words of a young engineer, Josh, who we placed 9 months ago at this company. The third placement we have made there in the last 2 years. All three engineers we have placed are loving their time there.
The firm represents everything I like about well-run SMEs. They know their clients and employees inside out. They can keep their staff motivated, reward them well with bonuses, support them to chartership, and offer a relaxed place to work. They are a cash-rich business that reinvests their profits back into the business. Salaries are very good, working patterns are flexible, and people are treated like adults. No passive-aggressive silences if you have to leave early or arrive late. Not only do they offer a fantastic package, but their workload is secure too. They have clients in different sectors, so your project work will be varied and recession-proof.
