Duties of an Office Manager:
* Manage a team of up to 5 business administrators
* Oversee daily business support operations, ensuring effective management of member enquiries and meeting all service delivery targets
* Responsible for HR Administration, including day-to-day operations of our online HR system
* Assist with recruiting and staffing
* Manage employee records, including verification of information
* Manage IT support across the business
What we would like from you:
* Knowledge of CRM systems
* Knowledge of Sage accounting software
* HR and Health & Safety knowledge
