We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy office for a company based just outside of Ruthin towards Denbigh. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including:
1. Diary Management
2. Administrative Support to Managing Director
3. Invoicing and Accounts: Managing invoicing, payments, and financial records.
4. Inventory Management: Overseeing goods in, goods out, and stock control.
5. Website and Social Media: Maintaining and updating our website and managing our social media presence.
6. General Administration: Handling correspondence, filing, and other general office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management: Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payments, and financial reporting.
2. Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock levels.
3. Digital Presence: Keep our website and social media platforms up-to-date and engaging.
4. Office Administration: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
5. Team Support: Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
2. Strong organisational and time management skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
